eTesta Remote Support Instructions

For Remote support, we use Microsoft Quick Assist. It is built into Windows 10/11. It is free for all, reliable and easy to use.


How to get connected

First, you need to start the quick assist application. Go to search and type Quick for example and Quick Assist will come up.


Open the application and type in the code received from eTesta to the Code from assistant field and press Share screen.


After the connection has been established, you need to allow sharing your screen. Press Allow and sharing starts.
