New: STC Protocol added to GPSCAN/RTKCAN

New GPSCAN/RTKCAN Beta firmware 1.4 is now equipped with STC protocol. STC = Serial To CAN. With STC, devices are compatible with older SDL3/CDL3/ADL loggers enabling the lap timing using GPS.

Feature will be free and disabled by default. It can be activated thru serial port.
