RTKCAN Test June 2 2023

Below is a gallery of pictures from the last RTKCAN test, June 2nd 2023. This test is to verify the consistency of the device between different days.

Red = MoTeC L10.

Green: GPSL20M SA with Pulse GPS0010 antenna.

Yellow: RTKCAN with Virtual RTCM corrections server from our Android app. uBlox ANN-MB0 antenna. Data logged using RTKCAN and processed using GEMS Data Analysis Professional.

Antennas are side by side and all devices are tested at the same time.

This test shows clearly how much better RTK is against traditional GPS, biggest difference is in the consistency.

After all the testing I have done, I can say that RTKCAN is very consistent and all laps are very close to others.

Remember that all devices are tested at the same time, more consistent = better overlap between laps.

 

RTKCAN accuracy is again about 4cm, L20 about 60cm, MoTeC L10 is off by 4m...
